Don't waste it
"Become skilled and see the true value of your hard earned wealth. Don't waste it by spending it on things that bring more suffering to you. To bank the money you have safely means to bank it in the act of giving and for use it for doing good deeds. Bank your wealth without any fear or doubt in the bank called 'giving and generosity'."*
R. W.
* The Lord Buddha has said to lay people to keep 1/4 of their wealth for their everyday needs (including giving and good deeds), 2/4 for one's prosperity, work needs, investments and businesses and 1/4 saved for emergencies. With this in mind, giving the most within one's means is very good.

Everybody's Free, Everybody's Free To Feel Good!
The most popular and well-known form of the essay is the successful music single released in 1999, accredited to Baz Luhrmann.
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, "sunscreen" would be it.
The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists,
Oh, never mind.
But trust me, in 20 years, you'll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you can't grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked.
Or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.
The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind,
Do one thing every day that scares you.
Sing
Don't be reckless with other people's hearts.
Don't put up with people who are reckless with yours.
Floss
Don't waste your time on jealousy. Sometimes you're ahead, sometimes you're behind.
Keep your old love letters.
Don't feel guilty if you don't know what you want to do with your life. The most interesting people I know didn't know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives.
Some of the most interesting 40-year-olds I know still don't.
Get plenty of calcium.
Maybe you'll marry, maybe you won't.
Maybe you'll have children, maybe you won't.
Maybe you'll divorce at 40.
Whatever you do, don't congratulate yourself too much,
Your choices are half chance.
Enjoy your body. Use it every way you can.
Dance
Read the directions, even if you don't follow them.Do not read beauty magazines.
"Brother and sister together we'll make it through,
Someday a spirit will take you and guide you there
I know that you're hurting but I've been waiting there for you
and I'll be there just helping you out
whenever I can..."
Get to know your parents.
Be nice to your siblings.
Understand that friends come and go,
Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle, because the older you get,
Live in "New York City" once, but leave before it makes you hard.
Accept certain inalienable truths: Prices will rise.
And when you do, you'll fantasize that when you were young,
Respect your elders.
Don't expect anyone else to support you.
Don't mess too much with your hair or by the time you're 40 it will look 85.
Be careful whose advice you buy,
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
But trust me on the sunscreen.
"Brother and sister together we'll make it through,
Someday a spirit will take you and guide you there
I know that you're hurting but I've been waiting there for you
and I'll be there just helping you out
whenever I can..."

Karma
"According to the seed that’s sown,
So is the fruit you reap there from,
Doer of good will gather good,
Doer of evil, evil reaps,
Down is the seed and thou shalt taste
The fruit thereof."

Make stuff happen
Interesting idea made my mind rethink that all the roads that had ponder was once Paths are made by walking. Early days these were merely forests. This made me realized How often we spend our time waiting for the opportune moment to appear right before us. Have they not walked down that path , have they waited. Then we wouldn’t be having these roads.
“Wisdom is knowing what to do next, skill is knowing how to do it, and virtue is doing it” – David Starr Jordan
May you all , have courage to make stuff happen.

A Path without End - The Levels of Thought
One of the first goals of meditation is to still and calm random thoughts. In order to achieve this, it is helpful to identify four different levels of Thinking.
- Negative thought - Considered lowest level , it includes feelings of anger, fear sadness, regret and unease
- Wasteful thought - When we waste our time worrying about things that might not happen or about things outside of our control
- Necessary thought – Such as “I must not forget to pay electricity bill” or I must remember to send a birthday card
- Positive thought – The Highest level, which encourage peace, harmony, creativity, love and happiness.
In meditation we can free our minds from negative and wasteful thoughts and elevate them to the highest level.
